Four step process :

ï»1. Coat the cleaned work piece with COLORIT PREMIUM BOND t or COLORIT PRIMER for 60 seconds; apply a thin layer of
    COLORIT BOND if necessary. Harden under blue light.
2. Apply COLORIT evenly (approx. 0.2 mm layer). Harden under blue light. Repeat the process until the desired level has been reached.
3. The active layer on the hardened COLORIT forms an optimal bond between the individual layers. This layer is only removed at the end using ethanol and/or fine sandpaper.
4. Grind, turn or polish the work piece covered with COLORIT as required. The finished work piece can also be galvanized as a final step.
